That one is a little spooky.

There was a movie made probably in the ’60’s. The name was “Gargoyles”, I think. Anyway, they laid their eggs in a cave or an mine. These guys go down to destroy them by dousing them with gasoline and setting them on fire. I only vaguely remember the one scene where a gargoyle grabs one of the guys just as he’s getting ready to light the gasoline. He manages to ignite his Zippo and toss it in among the eggs and everything goes up, including the guy and the gargoyle.

The reason I remember that is because I had given my roommate a butane lighter for Christmas. He commented that it was a good thing the hero wasn’t using a butane lighter.

    Is that off-topic?
