    I knew an old feller who had a place like that, except not as clean. He was some kind of shirttail kin of my mom’s; not that it mattered, she’d feed anybody that would eat. The funny thing is, his little house looked like that, but he had a big bunch of hounds that he kept mainly to look at, and they had a really nice kennel. They usually ate better than he did, too.

    Reminds me of Shakelton’s and Scott’s Hut and
    Discovery Hut. Friend of mine got to visit them.

    Fortunately, this one is a little more accessible 🙂
    It’s a reproduction of an Australian sheep farmer’s shack, here at the local arboretum. Since nobody really lives there, that’s probably why it’s so clean…

    What I like best is the lack of power outlets. Freedom from e-mail, social networks, spam… 😉
